Congregation - Trinity Lutheran has enjoyed more than 110 years in service to the gospel. Our mission is to be individually and collectively the bearers of God's gospel and redeeming love within our congregation and our community. We are members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America , which allows us to carry our ministry to all the world. 


Worship - Sunday worship at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Sept-June; summer worship at 9:00 a.m. All our Sunday morning services include communion; we use Settings 1, 2, and 5, Now the Feast and occasionally the Chicago Folk Service. Congregational and other music is an important part of all our worship services.


Education - Sunday school for all grades meets at 9:30 a.m. Sept-June (current enrollment approximately 140), with a newly formed Coffee Conversation and Christ discussion group for adults.


Evangelism - Our Evangelism Committee coordinates mid-week Lenten suppers, weekly coffee hours, and greeters. Worship services are audio taped and delivered to shut-ins.


Special Ministry - An accredited Trinity Pre-school with a Christian focus that is currently serving 35 to 40 children.


Service Ministries - Audio Tape Ministry, Lowell Pastoral Counseling Center, Merrimack Valley Project, House of Hope, Open Pantry of Greater Lowell, Julie House and Catholic Charities Aids Outreach Center, My Father's House, Alternative House, Refugee Integration Ministry, Meals on Wheels. We make annual donations to several other local programs with guidance from our Social Ministry Committee memebers.


Community - Trinity is part of the community in many ways including; Chelmsford Clergy Association, Habitat for Humanity, Sudanese Refugee Program (under Lutheran Social Services auspices), Palm Manor Nursing Home services, combined choir concerts (bell and vocal), meeting space for Boy Scout and Brownie troops.


Ecumenical Partnerships - Pulpit exchange with All Saints Episcopal Church, Chelmsford, MA. Support of protestant Chaplaincy at University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA.
